TL;DR: verify the merchant before authentication

Confirm the operator, merchant or processor, amount, currency and terms before entering card details or approving an OTP.

Who charges the card?

The casino operator or its disclosed processor charges account deposits. SPRIBE and Aviator.ad do not collect player card payments.

Card ownership

Using another person's card can trigger KYC, payment-ownership checks, rejection or return-to-source restrictions.

Authentication and OTP

Read the bank authentication screen carefully. Never tell an operator agent, messenger contact or remote-support user an OTP, CVV or PIN.

Merchant descriptor

The statement name may be a processor rather than the casino brand. Verify an unexplained descriptor before making another payment.

Currency, fees and saved cards

Check transaction currency, exchange rate, foreign-transaction fee and final amount. Review stored-card tokens and disable one-click payments on shared devices.

Refunds and withdrawals

A refund, reversal and casino withdrawal are different processes. A card deposit does not guarantee that a payout will use the same route.

Dispute evidence

Save the cashier screen, merchant, amount, currency, timestamp, bank status and support case. Contact the issuer through official channels for unauthorised activity.

Read the bank screen before approval

An OTP or banking approval confirms a specific payment request; it should not be treated as a routine click. Match the merchant, amount and currency to the cashier screen first. Never approve a second request simply because a chat contact says the first one did not arrive.

Keep card details private

No operator representative needs a card PIN, CVV or an OTP by telephone or messenger. Avoid sharing screenshots that show full card details. If a payment looks unfamiliar, contact the bank using the number on the card or official app, then contact the verified operator with the transaction reference.

Understand authorisation versus completion

A bank may show a temporary authorisation before the payment is settled, declined or reversed. The account balance, bank record and operator cashier can update at different times. Do not submit repeated deposits until the original reference has a clear status and any pending amount is explained.

Use accurate dispute language

A card dispute exists for eligible problems such as unauthorised activity or a service not delivered as represented. It is not a tool to recast an authorised gambling loss as fraud. Preserve the cashier record, terms, merchant descriptor and written correspondence before asking the issuer about available options.
